A self-rating selection of 20% or more means that it is the organisation’s own assessment that its performance in the designated area, relative to other organisations, is within the band of 20% and 39% of all organisations. A selection of 80% or more, the organization assesses itself as being in the top 20% of all organisations in the particular area but not in the top 1%. Ie/ not 100% or perfect.

A stakeholder Assessment rating of 2 or more means that the organisation’s performance in the designated area, in the opinion of the stakeholder(s), is within the band of 20% and 39% of all organisations. A selection of ‘Greater or equal than 4’, the stakeholders are of the opinion that the organization is in the top 20% of all organisations in the particular area but not within the top 1 %. . Ie/ not 100% perfect.
